We guarantee delivery within 4-7 working days.
The delivery team will ensure that all the same devices that were ordered are delivered and that they are working properly with the correct setup.
Free Shipping
We provide free shipping service on all of our products above 200 shekels .
Customers can check if the product is included in the free shipping service in the order completion page.
We seek to reduce the costs of shipping and charge nominal fees on the products that are not included in the free shipping service.
These fees, if any, will be shown on the payment page:
- West Bank: cost of 20 shekels for orders less than 200 shekels.
- East Jerusalem : cost of 35shekels for orders less than 200 shekels.
Receiving process
We are not responsible for any problems or additional fees that may arise as a result of providing wrong personal information (such as personal information, phone number, address, etc.) or issues that may result from miscommunication between the customer and the local shipping service provider (not responding to the company’s communications Shipping or not being at home to receive purchases). If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you to ask you if you want to: Deliver the ordered product when it is available in stock, without paying any additional dues, if the order has been paid in full or replaced with another product of the same purpose and value, we do not offer refunds, but we offer Payments are in the form of a gift voucher if the replacement product is not available or the order is canceled by you.
